I understand that the network services contracted for above, are being provided for me by HomerNet, a for profit business. I understand that HomerNet has no knowledge of my intended uses of these network services, and I will hold them harmless for any harm, injury, or claim resulting from my use, of misuse of the network, albeit legal or illegal. I understand that if I selected continuing service above that this is a continuing obligation, and will continue until such time as I have notified HomerNet in writing that I no longer desire this service. I understand, and agree that if I become a nuisance or embarrassment to any other users of the net, as perceived by the management of HomerNet, that my net privileges will be discontinued. I understand that HomerNet does not suggest there is any security available for any communications carried over the net, and I agree to hold HomerNet harmless for any and all losses suffered as a result of any security breach of my communications.
