Rates & Reservations

Dates of Season: Year Round
Rate: $150 per night.

To accommodate all of our guests, smoking is restricted to the outdoors.

A 50 percent deposit in advance is necessary, refundable to within seven days of reservation. Balance due upon arrival.

There is a 2 percent sales tax. Payment may be in cash, personal checks, or traveler's checks.

Amenities

Custom home with plenty of extras, comfortable sleeps up to seven. 2 bedrooms, one offering a queen bed, the other with a trundle bed. 3/4 bath with linens. Full size futon in living room.

Large kitchen includes range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and cooking & dining utensils.

Continental breakfast each morning.

Children are always welcome. Sorry, no pets.

Directions

From downtown Homer:
4 1/2 miles East End Road.
You will pass by the Connelly House Restaurant, then Seaside Farms on your right.
Turn left on Clayton Way (2nd left after Seaside Farms)
Follow road until you pass a home on the right with a chain link fence.
Turn right on Garrett Drive after fence (road unmarked).
Follow road to the end. B&B is upstairs.
